Pogo pin cassette for larger boards, up to A4 size (210mm x 297mm or 8.3" x 11.7"). This cassette fits into the A4 chassis, SKU: 2101. Includes a PCBA with the standard PLT connectors for test automation.
The pogo pin cassette (PPC) is custom-built to be compatible for your Device Under Test (DUT). It fits inside the A5 ICT Chassis. Each PPC comes with a custom pressure plate and PCBA with the standard PLT connectors for test automation.
Pogo Pin Cassette designed to fit into the Ingun MA2112 chassis which accommodates boards of approximately A4 size. We purchase the ATS kit from Ingun and add a custom PCBA that mates with the Production Line Tool via the standard connectors.

The power supply inside the PLT-300A provides a maximum of 24V and 2A. For devices needing a more robust power source, we integrate an external power supply capable of supplying 20V and 5A. The supplied voltage is controlled by the PLT and the test results are added to the PLT Test Report just like with the internal power supply. Connect this supply over USB and send SCPI commands directly within your test plan.
