The STEP file of the device is used to build the Pogo Pin Cassette without interference with the various fixture components. If you have a sample board but not the STEP file, we can recreate it for you manually.
If your PLT-300A is damaged for any reason, we can repair it for you. While this does not cover the cost of replacement parts, it does include the loan of a refurbished PLT-300A while we determine what went wrong with the returned unit. If we determine that it was a manufacturing defect or caused by some other mistake of ours, we will refund this amount fully.
Completing the Test Point Matrix (TPM) is a necessary step in building a Pogo Pin Cassette. If you would like help drafting the TPM, we can provide this service. The price shown is per test point. The DUT schematic is required for this service.
