Time To Vote

Following the 2016 election in the US, we followed Patagonia’s lead and decided that as a company we needed to ensure that our employees had time to vote.  This has grown into a movement involving a great many companies that can be found on the maketimetovote.org website.  Recently, Chris Rock did a bit on SNL saying “They don’t want you to vote!  You know how I know this?  Because Election Day is on a Tuesday in November!”  To remove one of the obstacles to voting we give our employees half a day off on Election Day to do what is needed to get out and contribute to the rich fabric of our democracy that brave men and women gave their lives to protect.  #MakeTimeToVote
