The ICT-100A is a box with vertical arms supporting a toggle clamp. To perform in-circuit testing on a customized Printed Circuit Board (PCB), the ICT-100A hosts a custom-built Pogo Pin Cassette (PPC).
This is our most popular chassis and supports boards up to A5 (148mm x 210mm) in size.
The pogo pin cassette (PPC) is custom-built to be compatible for your Device Under Test (DUT). It fits inside the A5 ICT Chassis. Each PPC comes with a custom pressure plate and PCBA with the standard PLT connectors for test automation.

Base is designed to hold ATS MA12 removable pogo pin cassettes with a testable area of 285mm x 240mm (roughly A4 size). This is our recommended chassis for board-level testing as it can fit conveniently atop an 18U test stand and be combined with a Production Line Tool and variety of test equipment in a standard 19" rack.
Pinplate miniMAX test fixture including reusable chassis and removable pogo pin cassette. Testable area is 110mm x 60mm (4.33" x 2.36"), slightly above credit card size. Includes Licron Crystal ESD coating over the plastic parts. Maximum of 40 test points, bottom size only. Lead time is ~2 weeks as there is no custom PCB in the design. The pogo pins are hand-wired to a standard PCBA with the HD78 and PWR8 connectors used by the PLT-300A. Only direct digital and analog pins may be utilized.
Pogo Pin Cassette designed to fit into the Ingun MA2112 chassis which accommodates boards of approximately A4 size. We purchase the ATS kit from Ingun and add a custom PCBA that mates with the Production Line Tool via the standard connectors. Pins, and push rods are also included for up to 50 test points.
